FirstService Residential has signed up as a major sponsor of KiteFest and will be gifting each of the participating teams with a free kite building kit to take home.
A Miami based company and one of the largest professional property management firms in North America, they have also committed to sponsoring up to 100 teams from residents of their managed properties in Key Biscayne and Brickell.

FirstService Residential manages several buildings in Key Biscayne, including Grand Bay and Commodore Club.
Islander News’ Inaugural KiteFest Family Fun Day at Bill Baggs State Park is April 6 from 8:30 am to noon.
Breakfast will be served and participants are all invited to enjoy a day at the park following the KiteFest festivities. All $20 per team fees are being donated to the Key Biscayne Community Foundation to benefit the Chief Press Foundation Sister City Initiative.
